“When not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful PNW with my husband and two young kids. I love working on growing our vegetable garden, swimming, hiking, listening to live music, cooking, baking and working on my mobility and strength through yoga and pilates.”

Julia is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping people achieve better health through compassionate, evidence-based, whole-person care.

As a Primary Care Practitioner, Julia integrates the principles of Lifestyle Medicine into her practice.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she works collaboratively with patients to understand the many factors that influence health—including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, relationships, work, and overall lifestyle.

She believes healthcare works best as a partnership. Together, she and her patients create individualized care plans designed to improve long-term health, prevent disease, and enhance quality of life.
